Poppers on sale in Buenos Aires?
I didn't go out on the gay scene during this weekend so nothing to report there but I found a nugget in the August edition of Queer, the free paper, that I picked up on Thursday night. In there, Complement Sex Shop at Florida 537 is advertising an "aromatizador de ambiente" (room spray) called Rush. The only Rush I ever heard of is a brand of poppers in which case this is the first time I knew that this product was available in Argentina. Next time I am in the centre I will call in and check. Personally, I can't stand the smell of the stuff.

I'm not sure about a spray RUSH®, but the genuine RUSH® poppers have been around for decades. They're the #1 seller in the world.

I called in the store yesterday and, sure enough, they sell Rush poppers at the truly exhorbitant price of US$50 a bottle. They didn't have any in stock that day so I didn't have chance to examine a bottle but if you are desperate enough to pay that price you should examine the bottle as described on the Rush web site and make sure it is the real article.

There could be a problem with delivery though since poppers are a highly volatile flammable liquid.

The spray Rush is a Dutch variety using herbal ingredients I think. It is not the genuine Rush with Power Pak Pellet and Capt. Rush on the label.
Anyone know what the Power Pak Pellet is?
